How it works!

“Whether you sell or buy – fly!”

We offer a new and exciting program that lets consumers earn tens of thousands of airline miles simply by working with one of your neighbors that offer air miles or one of our exclusive real estate, mortgage, title insurance, and home services partners.

SELLER MARKETING PROGRAM INFORMATION

The first and perhaps most exciting part of our program, is our Seller Marketing Program. In the slow US real estate market, Sellers need to utilize every advantage available to set their property apart from the competition. Miles4RealEstate.com provides an innovative real estate marketing opportunity with absolutely NO RISK TO THE SELLER!

Miles4RealEstate.com’s marketing program generates immediate interest in a Seller’s property by offering air miles to potential Buyers as an incentive to purchase.  Our Seller program is built upon established consumer awareness regarding the acquisition of air miles.  After years of national advertising by airlines, banks and major credit cards, consumers seek out air mileage awards at every opportunity.

Through our marketing program, Sellers offer Buyers 10,000 air miles for every $100,000 in real estate transaction value upon closing.  If a home sells for $400,000, the Seller would provide 40,000 air miles to the Buyer at closing.  Miles4RealEstate.com facilitates the transfer of air miles from the Seller to the Buyer.

AGENT BENEFITS

New innovative sales tool for Sellers:  As an agent, your Seller can be first on the block to offer Alaska Airline miles as an incentive for prospective Buyers.

No risk to the Seller:  If the property does not sell there are no out of pocket costs for your client.

Client retention:  By introducing the Miles4RealEstate.com air mileage marketing program to your client you are providing them with an innovative sales tool. Your client cannot enroll in the program without you and only registered agents may participate.

Great prospecting tool: When prospective Buyers or Sellers see the sign rider stating FREE AIR MILES with the Alaska Airlines logo or the Miles4RealEstate.com flyer, they will call YOU and ask about the program. Those inquiries are new prospects.

FSBO and Expired Listings:  For agents that prospect FSBO’s and expired listings, the Miles4RealEstate.com marketing program is for you.

Seller is also a Buyer: With the exception of builders and investors, most Sellers are also Buyers.  If your client just used air miles to sell their home, they are naturally going to want air miles when they purchase their new home. Check with us first before writing an offer to see if the property your client is interested in has been registered in our mileage program. If not, make a call to the listing agent and ask them to register so your client can receive FREE AIR MILES.
